No bulky metal tracks to scrub, no gold frame from 1996. Just thick tempered glass, a few precise clips, and a door that swings shut with a soft click.

About Brightsill
A glazier who still measures your windows herself.
Priya Nair learned glass cutting mirrors and tabletops in a small Charlotte glass shop, then spent years installing windows for other companies and fixing the ones their crews rushed. In 2012 she started Brightsill in Gastonia with one truck, one glass rack and a simple standard: measure twice, install once, leave the house cleaner than you found it.
Fourteen years and more than 2,300 projects later, every installer on the crew is a Brightsill employee, and Priya still does many of the in-home estimates. If the opening is out of square, she wants to know before the window is ordered, not after.

How long does a window replacement take?
Most homes are done in one day by our own crew. Larger homes or full-frame installs can take two. From signed order to install day is usually three to five weeks, because every window is built to your measurements.
Will you have to cut my stucco?
Usually not. Most homes around Charlotte get retrofit windows that fit into the existing frame from outside, with a trim that covers the old edge. If a frame is rotted, we'll show you and quote a full-frame install instead.
What does the warranty cover?
Lifetime coverage on the vinyl frames and sealed glass units, plus our installation labor. It transfers to the next owner if you sell, which buyers and agents like to hear.
Will new windows actually lower my bills?
Dual-pane Low-E glass with argon reflects much of the summer sun's heat and holds warmth in winter. Most customers notice cooler west-facing rooms the first summer. Savings depend on your home, so we won't promise a number.
Can you fix a foggy window instead of replacing it?
Yes. If the frame is in good shape, we replace just the sealed glass unit. It costs far less than a new window and usually takes one short visit.
Are you licensed and insured?
Brightsill Windows & Glass holds North Carolina glazing contractor license #9105147 and carries liability and workers' comp insurance. Every installer is a Brightsill employee.
