Sheet 00 — General arrangement

The whole foundation,
built as one thing, not four.

A website, the SEO that gets it found, the GEO that gets it cited by AI assistants, a consultation on where the business should grow, and a pass over how Kellstar's own resources could be put to work for you — under one owner instead of five invoices from five vendors.

$350 static · $500 custom design and animation · consultation and optimisation included · SEO from $150/mo · GEO from $200/mo · month to month

Sheet 01 — Components

One build. Two ongoing.
One optional sixth.

The website is a one-time build. SEO and GEO are ongoing work — a site's ranking and its AI visibility aren't things you finish, so they're billed monthly rather than folded into the build fee. The growth consultation and resource optimisation pass are one-time, included with the build.

01 · One-time

Website

Built to the same standard as Kellstar's own sites — fast, no bloated framework where a static build does the job, and built to carry the SEO and GEO work rather than fight it.

02 · from $150/mo

SEO

Search visibility for the site Kellstar just built — structure, content targeting and technical fundamentals kept current on an ongoing basis, not set up once and abandoned.

03 · from $200/mo

GEO

The same ongoing work aimed at generative engines — being the source an AI assistant cites when someone asks it the question your business answers.

04 · Included

Growth consultation

Time spent on where the business should actually go next — priorities, sequencing, what to build now versus later. The same format as a standalone Consultation, included here.

05 · Included

Resource optimisation

A pass over what Kellstar Corp already offers and which of it is actually worth using for your situation — not a pitch for every division, a straight read on which ones apply.

06 · Optional

Pipeline access

Once the site is live and can hold up under real traffic, Kellstar Agency can start driving qualified conversations to it. Booked separately through Agency, at Agency's rate.

Sheet 02 — Rationale

A site, its SEO and its GEO
are one decision.

Bought separately, a web designer builds the site, an SEO contractor arrives afterward and asks why the structure fights their work, and a GEO specialist — if you can find one who isn't guessing — starts from scratch a third time. Built together, the site is structured for both from the first commit, and the growth consultation makes sure all of it is pointed at the right priority instead of whatever the last vendor happened to sell.

Sheet 03 — Order

Build the order.
See the number move.

Pick the build, add the ongoing pieces you want. Nothing is hidden until a call — the price updates as you choose, and you can start with just the site and add SEO or GEO later.

The build — pick one

SEO — ongoing, optional

GEO — ongoing, optional

Pipeline — by application

How you'd like to pay

Paying ahead is optional — month to month stays available, and a term never auto-renews into one you didn't pick.

Sheet 04 — Scope limits

Built for the
foundation stage.

Good fit

  1. 01No site yet, or one that needs replacingThe bundle assumes it's building the foundation, not patching an existing one.
  2. 02Search and AI visibility both matterYou want to show up in a Google result and in an AI assistant's answer, not just one of the two.
  3. 03Growth direction is still an open questionThe included consultation is worth the most when priorities genuinely need settling.
  4. 04Want one invoice, one ownerYou'd rather have accountability concentrated than spread across four vendors.

Not a fit

  1. 01You only need the ongoing workIf the site already exists and only needs SEO or GEO, buy those on their own — it costs less.
  2. 02A large or unusual buildA fifty-page catalogue isn't a $350 job. Book a call and it gets scoped and quoted properly.
  3. 03You need it live this weekDone properly takes longer than a template swap. If speed is the only constraint, say so before ordering.

Sheet 05 — Notes

Straight
answers.

Whether the site needs motion, interaction and a built-from-scratch look, versus a clean, fast, static build. Most businesses starting out don't need the $500 tier — if you order it and it turns out you don't, we'll say so rather than take the difference.

A website is a thing you finish. Ranking and AI visibility aren't — they need ongoing work as the site, the competition and the algorithms all keep moving, so pretending it's a one-time task would either overcharge the build or under-deliver on the ongoing part. Start the site without either, add one, or add both — whenever it makes sense.

Yes — the site, the content, the accounts. Nothing here is rented back to you, and cancelling a monthly service doesn't take the site with it.

You get a confirmation within one business day with a timeline and anything still needed from you. If what you've described turns out to be bigger than the tier you picked, we say so before taking payment — not halfway through the build.
