The parts people find out too late

  • Every item carries a 30-day working warranty. Tested before it ships, and covered if it arrives dead, wrong, or not as described — the returns and warranty policy says exactly what is and isn't included.
  • Crypto payments cannot be reversed. That's the trade you're making for the lower fee and the privacy. Check the address and the amount before you send.
  • Send the exact amount to the address given for that order. Each order gets its own. An underpayment can't be part-fulfilled and has to be refunded, minus the network fee.
  • Refunds go back in the same coin, at the rate on the day of the refund — not the day you paid. If the coin moved, that's yours either way. Prefer a card if that bothers you; it's the same price.
  • The price is the same whichever you pick. The crypto option isn't a discount tier, and card isn't penalised. 10% off list is 10% off list.
